Terms of Service

Version hub-terms-20261016-v0.1 · 16 October 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to ASDLine Hub (“the Hub”) at hub.asdline.com, provided by ASDLINE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202312757M, “ASDLine”). They cover access you buy on its own and the access included with a Paid Evaluation. Before you buy, you must tick to accept this exact version of these terms yourself; paying does not itself count as acceptance. How we handle personal data is explained in “About AI and privacy”.

2. What you get

Each purchase gives you access to one track for 90 days from the date you buy:

  • every task in the track you choose: International education or Overseas market entry;
  • 20 in-site generations a month (“Generate here” on task pages);
  • saved results and history, task progress, checklists, follow-up records and reminders, and destination briefs.

To use both tracks, buy each one separately. Your end date is shown on the confirmation page and in “My workspace”. You can still use the Hub on the end date (Singapore time).

“A month” means a calendar month in Singapore time. Your 20 generations reset on the 1st of each month, and unused generations do not carry over. Each in-site generation counts as one.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown and charged in one currency based on where you are when you visit: Singapore dollars from Singapore, Chinese yuan from China, and US dollars from all other countries and regions. The amount is the one shown on the buy page, and it is the final amount you pay. Payment is made through Stripe.

4. Access included with a Paid Evaluation

If you buy a Paid Evaluation, you get the 90-day Hub access described in section 2 at no extra charge. Your access code comes with your report and covers the same track as your Evaluation. The 90 days start when your report is delivered and the code is issued. Because this access is not charged separately, cancellations and refunds follow the Evaluation terms.

5. Account and access code

  • You sign in with your email. When you buy, the access code is linked automatically to the account you are signed in to.
  • One account is for one person. Do not transfer, share or sell your account, sign-in codes or access code.
  • Exception: if you are a parent or guardian buying International education for your child, that child may use your account with your permission.

6. Eligibility and acceptable use

  • You must be 18 or older to buy, and you must give true and accurate information.
  • A student under 18 may use International education tasks only with a parent's or guardian's permission, and must confirm this before first generating on a task page.
  • International education tasks only coach: they explain, guide, give feedback and organise. They do not write essays, homework or answers that a student could hand in. Do not use the Hub to produce work passed off as the student's own.
  • Do not submit other people's personal data without their consent.
  • Do not misuse the service, including by bulk or automated submissions, getting around the generation limit, or copying or reselling the tasks and prompt templates.

7. AI-generated content

  • In-site results are generated by AI and may be wrong or out of date. Check important facts against the sources in the result.
  • We provide outputs only, such as a market scan, a comparison table or an application timeline. We do not guarantee any outcome, including an admission, a visa, an approval, an order or revenue.
  • Legal, tax, immigration, visa and regulatory content is background reference only and is not professional advice. Before you act, check with the relevant institutions, authorities or qualified professionals. Whether to act on a result is your decision.
  • Any task or tool entry not verified for more than 90 days is marked “Needs re-check” on the page.
  • Some tasks open third-party AI tools, which have their own terms. If a tool has a commission or partnership arrangement with ASDLine, we say so on the page.

8. Expert checks are charged separately

Expert checks are not included in your purchase and are paid for separately. The price, turnaround time and scope are shown before you ask for one. The expert is responsible only for the items within the stated scope that they mark as confirmed or corrected. A checked result is still for reference when making decisions and is not legal, tax, immigration, visa or other regulated professional advice.

9. Refunds

  • Full refund if you ask within 7 calendar days of buying (by 23:59 Singapore time on day 7) and you have not used any in-site generation from that purchase.
  • Otherwise, no refund.
  • Full refund if the problem is ASDLine's fault, whatever the conditions above — for example a duplicate charge, a successful payment where access was not turned on, or a fault in the Hub that stops you using it.
  • To ask for a refund, email contact@asdline.com from the email you were signed in with when you bought.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, in the currency and amount you paid; ASDLine bears any fees. Timing depends on your bank and Stripe; no fixed arrival date is promised.
  • After a refund, the access from that purchase ends at once and its access code is deactivated.

10. End of access and suspension

  • Access ends automatically after 90 days. This is a one-off payment: there is no automatic renewal and no further charge. You can buy again after your access ends.
  • After your access ends or is refunded, you can still sign in, but you will only see the page for linking an access code. You can carry on after buying again or linking a new code. Your saved results stay in your account until you delete it.
  • You can delete your account at any time in “My workspace”, which deletes the data in it too.
  • If you break these terms (for example by sharing your account, making bulk or automated submissions, or trying to get International education tasks to write work that could be handed in), we may suspend or deactivate your access code and will tell you why.

11. Changes to the service and these terms

  • The Hub is updated over time; tasks, prompts, tools and features may change or be replaced. If we stop offering the Hub, or the track you bought, during your access period, we refund you in proportion to the days left.
  • Updated terms apply only to purchases made after the update.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ASDLine's total liability for any one purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that purchase, and ASDLine is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For access included with a Paid Evaluation, the limitation of liability in the Evaluation terms applies.

13. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If the English and Chinese versions differ, the English version prevails.
